When I first saw this it took me a while to realise it was a savoury serving as it’s sneakily disguised like a sundae. This delicious looking portion of pulled pork and mashed potato parfait is made by Porky’s BBQ a professional BBQ Concessionaire/Caterer Servicing State Fairs & Festivals all throughout the United States. Damn it. London step your game up. Porky’s have been around since 1981 and today they are scheduled to over 2o events a year with seating for up to 300.
